One of our trained carers stays in your home overnight, usually in a spare room. They’re there if you need help, like going to the toilet, taking medicine, or just for peace of mind knowing someone’s nearby.
If you need more help during the night, we offer waking care. The carer stays awake all night to assist with things like changing positions in bed, giving medicine, or offering comfort if you feel worried or can’t sleep.
If your usual carer needs a break or you’ve just come home from the hospital, we can stay with you through the night. We’ll make sure you’re safe and comfortable while you rest.
Coming home from hospital can be tough, especially at night. We can help for a few nights by making sure you’re settled, taking your medicine, moving around safely, and getting the rest you need.
Unexpected needs can happen at any time. If something urgent comes up—like a fall, illness, or your usual carer can’t make it—we can quickly provide someone to stay overnight and make sure you’re looked after.
